As a key member of the support team, you will take ownership of system administration tasks critical to the smooth operation of the business. Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining rate structures, monitoring system interfaces, and ensuring the accuracy and functionality of reservation systems. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving system-related issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. This is a hands-on role requiring a detail-oriented individual who can multitask across multiple system functions. You will collaborate with various departments to support system processes and ensure that all configurations are aligned with operational requirements.
