Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and applications
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control (Active Directory, Azure AD, etc.)
• Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery testing
• Implement and maintain security measures (patching, antivirus, firewalls)
• Support network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VPNs, and cloud environments
• Automate routine tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
• Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and configurations

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Proven experience managing servers and enterprise IT infrastructure
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Strong troubleshooting across systems, networks, and applications
• Experience with backups, disaster recovery, and patch management
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Basic scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
