About the Role
As Systems / Support Administrator, you will be the go-to expert for all system-related operations. You will keep hospitality technology running smoothly, from building and managing rates to diagnosing interface issues and providing day-to-day system support to operational teams across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Nebula and APEX system administration and configuration
- Building, loading, and maintaining rates across systems
- Checking and managing system interfaces and integrations
- Troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues
- Supporting reservations systems and operational users
- Assisting with ongoing system updates, testing, and improvements
- Liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders on system matters
Requirements- Strong, demonstrable knowledge of Nebula and APEX (ESSENTIAL)
- Proven experience in system administration and IT/tech support
- Solid understanding of rates setup, interfaces, and reservations systems
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills — able to explain technical issues to non-technical staff
- Hospitality industry background is highly advantageous
