Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our end-to-end recruitment efforts. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional technical and consulting professionals who align with our company culture and client delivery standards. This role is central to our growth strategy and requires someone who understands the IT consulting landscape and can move quickly in a competitive talent market.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create accurate job descriptions, and set realistic expectations on timelines and market conditions.

Candidate Experience

  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint — from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Conduct structured competency-based screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments where required.
  • Provide timely, transparent communication and feedback to all candidates.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with department heads, practice leads, and the HR team to understand workforce planning needs.
  • Advise hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive positioning.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives by ensuring diverse candidate slates and reducing bias in the hiring process.

Employer Branding & Outreach

  • Represent the company at career fairs, university recruitment events, and industry conferences.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts across social media, job platforms, and professional communities.
  • Develop relationships with universities, coding bootcamps, and professional associations to build talent pipelines.

Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates, and source effectiveness.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate evaluation frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System ATS.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years focused on technical or IT roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for roles such as software developers, cloud engineers, IT consultants, or business analysts.
  • Strong understanding of technology stacks, IT frameworks, and consulting service models.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting within a consulting, professional services, or technology services environment.
  • Familiarity with contract/staff augmentation hiring in addition to permanent placements.
  • Certification in HR or talent acquisition e.g., SHRM-CP, PHRi, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter.
  • Experience using data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions.
