Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and delegate tasks to production staff
• Ensure SOPs & work instructions are followed
• Assist with food safety, hygiene, & GMP compliance
• Monitor staff performance & provide on-the-job training
• Support inventory management & production efficiency

• Relevant qualification
• Strong leadership & communication skills (English/Afrikaans)
• Ability to delegate tasks & train staff
• Understanding of food safety & production processes
• Willingness to work overtime & night shifts when required
• Located in Port Elizabeth (or within 30km radius)
