We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of mobile, web, and business applications. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with team mentorship, solution architecture, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design, architecture, and development initiatives.
• Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, promoting best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.
• Lead the development and deployment of Flutter mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Drive enhancements to digital platforms, client-facing applications, and business systems.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and modern software engineering practices.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of Flutter mobile development experience.
• Previous experience in a Tech Lead or similar leadership role.

• Flutter (iOS & Android development)
• C# .NET / .NET Core
• Angular
• SQL Server
• Microsoft Azure (App Services, DevOps, APIs)
• CI/CD pipelines
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Mobile app deployment and maintenance on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
