Job Description
Core Mission: To act as the technical anchor for the platform. You will design resilient technical architectures, lead an agile development pod, and ensure flawless, automated deployments into our production environments. You are responsible for both writing high-quality code and governing the technical delivery standards of the team.
It's important that anyone of these roles are capable in Azure DevOps (ADO) and understand the Agile Development Methodology, with the SCRUM Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- TechnicalArchitecture & Development: Designand engineer scalable, high-performance solutions using.NET and SQLServer. Translate business requirements into robust technical solutionsdesigns.
- Agile& Team Leadership: Manage and mentor Agiledevelopment teams. Run sprint ceremonies, unblock developers, and ensurestrict adherence to the "Definition of Done."
- Deployment& Operational Governance: * Architect and manageautomated CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Configureand deploy solutions to Virtual Machines hosting IIS.
- Representthe development team at the Change Advisory Board (CAB), defendingtechnical changes and deployment plans.
- Hyper-care& Support: Execute after-hoursproduction deployments and provide high-level hyper-care support to ensuresystem stability during and immediately following rollout phases.
Requirements
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- DeepTechnical Stack: Expert-level proficiencyin .NET development and deep, hands-on SQL Server knowledge (performancetuning, complex querying, and schema design).
- ADOMastery: Exceptional understanding of Azure DevOps(ADO) inside and out-from backlog management and sprint tracking toconfiguring automated build and release pipelines.
- InfrastructureFluency: Strong experience deploying and managingapplications on Virtual Machines running IIS.
- SolutionArchitecture: Proven ability toconceptualize, document, and present enterprise-grade technical solutiondesigns.
- Communication: Ability to present technical risks confidently, mitigation,and deployment strategies to executive stakeholders and CAB.
