Technical Project Manager

Job description

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Project Management or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably within a

telecom operator, ISP, technology company or large enterprise.

• Proven experience managing telecommunications or technology projects

involving multiple stakeholders.

• Strong experience in FTTX/FTTH network design, including GPON/XGS-PON, ODN and passive outside-plant infrastructure.
• Experience developing fibre route plans, splice plans, network designs and BOMs.
• Strong technical knowledge of GPON, XGS-PON, IP/MPLS, DWDM, SD-WAN, core networking, OSP and ISP infrastructure.
• Experience managing large-scale network infrastructure projects and significant CapEx budgets.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
