We are looking for a high-performing Technical Sales Specialist with a strong background in industrial or technical sales to drive business development across the manufacturing sector. This is not a traditional sales rep role. We need someone who can walk into a factory, identify production challenges, understand operational inefficiencies, and provide solution-based technical recommendations. If you have experience selling machinery, industrial equipment, technical materials, or engineering solutions into production environments — we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Developing new business within manufacturing and industrial sectors
- Building and managing strong client relationships
- Visiting factories and production facilities regularly
- Assessing customer production needs and recommending technical solutions
- Preparing quotations, negotiating deals, and closing sales
- Managing and growing an active sales pipeline

Requirements:- Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical or industrial sales
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
- Experience selling into factory or production environments
- Strong consultative and solution-selling approach
- Ability to engage professionally with factory managers, production managers, and business owners
- Technically minded with an understanding of manufacturing processes such as cutting, machining, and assembly
