Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the construction and assembly of camping trailers.
• Perform welding, grinding, and fabrication tasks.
• Install trailer components, fittings, and accessories.
• Work with steel, aluminium, and other materials used in trailer manufacturing.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment safely.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
• Assist with repairs, modifications, and maintenance of trailers.
• Read and follow technical drawings and instructions where applicable.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) preferred.
• Experience with welding and grinding.
• Basic fabrication or manufacturing experience will be advantageous.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in a workshop environment.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on trailer manufacturing processes.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well within a team.
• Valid driver's licence will be advantageous.
