- Installation, commissioning and maintenance of electronic Security Equipment;
- Supply assistance for installations and service of technical equipment to the technical department;
- Assist Technician with day-to-day duties;
- Installation and fault finding of new alarms, electric fences and CC TV;
- Repairing of cables, focusing, cleaning and re - adjusting of cameras;
- Attending meetings when required to;
- Regular communications and development of a good relationship with client;
- Attention to detail on all aspects of relevant responsibilities;
- Adhering to the Agreement between the client and the company;
- Adhering to Health and Safety Regulations;
- Management and Control of Documentation, Including Registers, Overtime and Route Sheets;
- Submission of fault reports on the system;
- Available to be on standby if and when required and to work long hours if required;
- Ensure adherence to Company policy & procedures;
Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;
- Driver’s license Code 8 advantageous
- Relevant experience in similar position and technical background advantageous;
- Bilingual (English and any other South African language);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Must reside in Randfontein or surrounding area;
- Own transport;
- No criminal record;
- Willing to work long hours / overtime and willing to travel extensively;
