Responsibilities:
- Proactively hunt for new business and convert leads into loyal customers
- Build, manage, and grow a strong customer portfolio
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls and maintain a structured call cycle
- Drive revenue growth and shipment volumes
- Manage and update your sales pipeline (CRM tools)
- Deliver excellent service by handling customer queries efficiently
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales or sales
- Proven track record in a target-driven environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Matric (essential)
- Ability to perform under pressure and stay motivated
