Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, persuasive, and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our recruitment sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to prospective clients, promoting recruitment and HR services, and converting prospects into paying clients through effective phone communication and relationship management.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, confidence in selling services over the phone, and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, referrals, and online research
- Contact prospective corporate and non-corporate clients to promote recruitment and HR services
- Explain company services clearly and professionally to potential clients
- Schedule meetings and follow up on business opportunities with prospects
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing and potential clients
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about company services
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and service information when required
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and client interactions
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients to drive conversions
- Collaborate with the recruitment and operations team to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, sales, or business development
- Experience in recruitment, HR, or service-based sales is an added advantage
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities
- Target-driven and confident in closing deals over the phone
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
