Telesales Marketer

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote products or services and secure sales.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to persuade customers to make purchases
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with clients to build a strong relationship

Requirements:

• Previous B2C telesales experience is preferred but not essential.  
• Professional and confident telephone manner. 
• Excellent customer service skills. 
• Confident in approaching customers on an outbound basis.
• Objection handling. 
• Self-driven with a determination to succeed. 
• The ability to understand the client's needs and qualify clients with a series of questions. 
• Maintaining your pipeline of calls and updating the system. 
• Adaptable to change within the business needs. 

Remuneration: NGN 120,000 Monthly

Benefits:  Commission of up to NGN 200,000
