Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile, prepare, and submit tender documentation in line with client requirements and deadlines
  • Monitor tender portals and identify new opportunities
  • Attend compulsory site briefings, clarification meetings, and tender-related engagements
  • Liaise with internal departments (estimating, finance, operations) to gather required information
  • Ensure all tender submissions are complete, accurate, and compliant with specifications
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all tender documents and correspondence
  • Track tender outcomes and maintain a tender register
  • Assist with pricing schedules, BOQs, and supporting documentation where required
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and tendering procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Tender Administrator or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of tender processes and documentation
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (essential)
  • Willingness and ability to travel to site briefings and meetings
Additional Information:
  • This is a mobile role requiring regular travel to attend site briefings and client meetings
  • Travel will be reimbursed at AA rates
