About the Theatre Nurse Position We have one full-time vacancy for a Theatre Nurse who will play a vital role in supporting surgical procedures and ensuring patient safety throughout the perioperative process.

This position demands a high level of clinical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough pre-operative patient assessments and prepare patients for surgery.

Assist surgeons and surgical teams as a scrub nurse during operations. Maintain a sterile and safe operating theatre environment at all times.

Monitor patients closely during the post-operative phase and provide recovery care. Qualifications and Requirements Diploma in Theatre Nursing or an equivalent qualification.

Current full registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Zambia (NMCZ). Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent educational background.
