Job Details

Our client is an established player in the vehicle leasing, transportation and logistics industry. As a result of business expansion, some roles need to be filled urgently. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ticket Sales and Management: Sell tickets to passengers, manage ticket inventory, and ensure accurate ticketing information.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to passengers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns.
  • Ticketing System Management: Operate and manage ticketing systems, including software and hardware, to ensure efficient ticket sales and management.
  • Revenue Management: Ensure accurate revenue collection, reporting, and reconciliation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a ticketing or customer-facing role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.

SKILLS

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work with ticketing systems and software
  • Basic accounting and revenue management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Remuneration is competitive

The job is in the Badore/Ajah area of Lagos. The successful candidates must live in that area.
