The Live Streaming Operations Specialist is responsible for managing all technical and operational aspects of live streaming, including backend operations, live room moderation, traffic acquisition, advertising campaigns, real-time monitoring, and performance optimization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Live Streaming Operations
- Set up and manage live streaming sessions.
- Configure live streaming software and equipment.
- Ensure stable broadcast quality.
- Manage products, promotions, and live room settings.
Live Room Control
- Coordinate the live stream schedule.
- Monitor comments and audience behavior.
- Pin important messages.
- Coordinate with the host during live sessions.
- Handle unexpected issues and maintain smooth operations.
Traffic & Advertising
- Manage TikTok Live advertising campaigns.
- Optimize paid traffic performance.
- Monitor advertising ROI and CPL.
- Increase organic traffic and audience growth.
Performance Analysis
- Monitor and analyze:
- Live viewers
- Watch time
- Engagement
- CTR
- CPL
- ROI
- Conversion rate
- GMV
- Lead generation
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with optimization recommendations.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with content creators, hosts, sales teams, and customer service.
- Improve the complete conversion funnel from advertising to sales.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating TikTok Live or similar live commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of live streaming software and backend systems.
- Experience with TikTok Ads or digital advertising.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in e-commerce, consumer electronics, or renewable energy.
- Familiarity with CRM and WhatsApp sales workflows.
