Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management, or related field
• 8-10 years experience in travel consulting or tour operations.

Role Summary

• Responsible for creating and managing customized travel experiences across Kenya and East Africa, including safari packages and multi-country itineraries. The role involves handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating bookings, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Design personalized travel itineraries based on client needs and budgets
• Prepare competitive quotations and manage bookings
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and internal teams
• Handle itinerary updates and client requests efficiently
• Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery
• Maintain knowledge of East African destinations and travel trends
• Support profitability through effective pricing and supplier negotiations
