Position Overview:

ACE Investment and Impact Advisors is a women-owned and led, independent advisory firm that brings a strategic, cross-sector perspective with deep expertise in accelerating public-sector delivery and private sectordevelopment. We workwith governments, development partners, private-sector actors,and investors to designand deliver solutions that drive measurable impact. We are seeking motivated graduates with strong  analytical skills and a passionfor problem-solving to join our 3-monthTrainee Analyst Program. This program provides hands-on experience in consulting and advisory work, exposure to high-impact projects, and professional mentorship. High-performing trainees will transition to a JuniorAnalyst position uponsuccessful completion of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, acquire, and validate datafrom documents, databases, field interviews, and other sources.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to generate actionable insights.
  • Support strategy development and prepare analytical briefs, meeting minutes, and policy summaries.
  • Contribute to visualpresentations, dashboards, andinfographics to communicate findings effectively.
  • Engage with clientsand stakeholders through interviews, calls, andmeetings.
  • Present analysis and recommendations to ACE leadership.
