Job Profile
Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Trainee Quality Assurance / Compliance who will assist the Team to ensure that company operations, processes, and products meet the market standards and comply with all regulatory requirements. He/She will gain hands-on experience in quality systems, audits, documentation and compliance monitoring.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the development
and maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS) documentation (SOPs, work
instructions, manuals, etc.).
- Participate in internal
audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
- Review records for
compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations.
- Maintain proper filing and
archiving of QA/Compliance documentation.
- Support training sessions on
quality and compliance standards.
- Participate in continuous
improvement and risk management initiatives.
- Perform any other
QA/compliance-related tasks as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills
& Attitude
- A Bachelor’s Degree in
Management or Business Administration or Management with Law or equivalent.
- Attention to detail and
organisational skills.
- Good written and verbal
communication skills.
- Ability to work both
independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft
Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and
adapt in a dynamic environment.
