Location: Redemption Camp, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway - Ogun
This role is designed for individuals who can engage clients, understand their travel needs and guide them toward the best decisions while contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
You will serve as both a trusted travel advisor and a client acquisition driver, helping clients move from interest to confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales across multiple channels especially social media to increase revenue
- Engage and communicate with prospective clients across multiple channels
- Provide educational insights enlighten our audience and attract clients
- Understand client travel needs and recommend suitable packages
- Guide clients through the booking and decision-making process
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Consistently meet and exceed performance and revenue targets
- Participate in video content for brand communication and client engagement
- Participate in social media management to increase visibility and attract clients
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years experience.
- Must be residing between Ojodu-berger and Redemption Camp, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway
- Strong communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills
- Confidence speaking on camera
- Ability to influence decisions and drive conversions
- Experience in sales, client service, or similar roles preferred
- High level of professionalism, discipline, and accountability
- Ability to thrive in a structured, target-driven environment
