Core Responsibilities

• Driving operations: Operate heavy commercial vehicles over short local routes or long-distance regional and cross-border trips.
• Safety inspections: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks on brakes, tires, lights, and fluid levels.
• Cargo security: Oversee or assist with loading and unloading cargo using ropes, blocks, or chains to prevent shifting during transit.
• Route planning: Utilize specialized GPS systems and maps to chart cost-effective, time-efficient routes while avoiding restricted zones.
• Regulatory compliance: Maintain precise driving logbooks, tracking service hours (HOS), rest periods, and fuel usage according to legal requirements.
• Maintenance reporting: Perform basic on-road maintenance like refueling or cleaning, and report mechanical defects immediately to logistics
• Qualification & Experience Required:

Must be in possession of CE or C driving licence with two years or more of work experience as a truck driver.
