As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in designing and improving user experiences across digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to research user needs, design intuitive interfaces, and ensure a seamless user journey across products.
This role is ideal for a creative and analytical professional who is passionate about user experience, enjoys solving complex design challenges, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Design and improve user experiences across digital platforms
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on user needs
• Collaborate with developers and designers to deliver intuitive solutions
• Create personas and interaction models to enhance user engagement
• Identify and solve UX challenges to improve usability and accessibility
• Communicate design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor products
• Contribute to building and enhancing UX design capability within the organisation

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:

• Degree in Informatics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Experience:

• 5-7 years' experience in UI/UX Design or similar role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful UX design projects

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in UX/UI design tools (e.g., Balsamiq, UXPin or similar)
• Strong understanding of interaction design and information architecture
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• High attention to detail and user-centric mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
