Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and mentor Financial Advisors to build a high-performing sales team.
  
• Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure business goals are achieved.
  
• Coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase insurance policy sales and market penetration.
  
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  
• Support advisors during client meetings and assist in closing high-value business opportunities.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  
• Prepare and submit sales, recruitment, and performance reports to management.
  
• Organize team meetings, training sessions, and motivational activities.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key business partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within insurance or financial services.
  
• Experience managing or leading a sales team.
  
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  
• Good understanding of insurance products and regulatory requirements.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Remuneration: NGN 250,000 – 300,000
