Used Car Sales Executive - KZN - Durban North

Duties include

• Sell quality pre-owned vehicles while consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
• Manage online, telephonic, and walk-in enquiries from initial contact through to vehicle delivery.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Prepare quotations, finance applications, and all related sales documentation.
• Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Maximise profitability while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline through proactive follow-ups and lead management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with the company sales policy to ensure return and referral sales.
• Initiate and close deals
• Adhere to all legal requirements in terms of CPA and necessary documentation
• Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed
• Network, promote and ensure activities are in line with focus to retail new cars

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Used Vehicle Sales Executive within the motor industry.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong closing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working with online leads, digital platforms, and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid South African driver's licence.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Matric (Grade 12)
