Description:

• Manage and lead the vehicle sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and market share.
• Monitor sales performance and provide coaching, training, and support to sales executives.
• Ensure optimal stock management and vehicle turnover.
• Drive gross profit and profitability within the department.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and customer retention.
• Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership customer service standards.

• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and sales meetings.
• Foster a high-performance sales culture within the dealership.
• Manage departmental budgets and expenses.

• Monitor sales profitability, gross profit, and financial performance.
• Work closely with the F&I department to maximize finance and insurance penetration.
• Operational Management

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Relevant sales or business qualification will be advantageous.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in automotive vehicle sales management. (Preferable with a Premium Brand)
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing a team of Vehicle Sales Executives.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and sales processes.
• Valid driver's license.
