Role: New and Used Vehicle Sales Executive
Location: Centurion, Pretoria

Key Responsibilities
Prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads through networking, referrals, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
Conducting professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives for prospective buyers.
Guiding clients through the entire vehicle selection process across both new and pre-owned inventory.
Negotiating sales terms, financing options, trade-in valuations, and insurance products in alignment with dealership policies.
Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of vehicle specifications, pricing, competitor models, and promotional offers.
Managing the complete administrative sales cycle from initial inquiry and finance application to vehicle delivery and registration.
Fostering strong, long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business, brand loyalty, and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
Meeting and exceeding monthly unit sales, gross profit targets, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) benchmarks.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven track record of successful sales experience within the automotive retail sector (new and/or used vehicles).
In-depth understanding of vehicle financing structures, deal structuring, and local registration procedures.
Valid South African driver's license with an unblemished driving record.
Valid foundational certification in motor vehicle sales (where applicable) and regulatory compliance knowledge.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
