Job Responsibilities

  • Provide professional advice to clients on animal feeding, production, and sanitary management.
  • Assist the field sales team with technical support.
  • Vaccinate animals and prevent infectious diseases.
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage animal diseases and injuries.
  • Ensure the general health and well-being of animals under care.
  • Operate diagnostic and treatment equipment effectively.
  • Collect and analyze blood, tissue, and other biological samples.
  • Conduct disease diagnosis and provide recommendations for control and prevention.
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine DVM from a recognized institution mandatory.
  • Additional qualifications or certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of three 3 years post-NYSC experience in poultry and food animal disease diagnostics and control.
  • Must not be older than 30 years.
  • Male candidates preferred.
