Role Responsibilities
- Develop original and engaging content ideas for social media campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling
- Capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
- Create both short-form content including Reels, Shorts, and TikToks, as well as longer-form videos for YouTube, interviews, and promotional campaigns
- Transform raw footage into polished, professional videos using editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and CapCut
- Enhance content with motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, sound design, music syncing, and professional colour correction
- Design complementary visual assets such as thumbnails, cover graphics, social media posts, and promotional creatives using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
- Support the planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across multiple social media platforms
- Research audience trends, platform updates, competitor content, and viral formats to keep content fresh and relevant
- Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to ensure all content aligns with campaign goals and brand identity
- Organise and maintain all video files, project assets, and content libraries for easy access and workflow efficiency
- Ensure all creative materials comply with licensing, usage rights, and copyright standards
- Review content performance metrics and use insights to improve future campaigns and engagement
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in video editing, content creation, social media production, or a similar creative role
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, and other editing platforms
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent software
- Strong understanding of how content performs across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Excellent visual storytelling ability with a strong eye for composition, lighting, timing, and audience engagement
- Experience creating content that delivers strong reach, engagement, and brand visibility
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and fast-moving priorities effectively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- High attention to detail and a passion for producing quality creative work
- Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working independently when needed
Desirable Bonus Skills
- Photography or videography experience for live shoots and behind-the-scenes content
- Experience working with influencers, brand partnerships, or campaign collaborations
- Understanding of paid ad creatives and performance marketing content
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Knowledge of YouTube growth strategies, optimisation, and SEO best practices
