• Completed Grade 12
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Certifications in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or similar are advantageous
• Proven experience in voice and data engineering with a focus on SIP protocol and IP Networking
• Hands on experience with Cloud PBX and VoIP systems
• Expertise in Mikrotik Router board configuration and management
