Job Description
This role is responsible for all
Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Control activities, including
Data Dotting of parts to ensure complete traceability and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming parts against packing lists and purchase orders captured in the business system.
- Perform Data Dotting and maintain full traceability of all serialized parts.
- Accurately bin, pick, and pack stock in accordance with system requirements and dispatch schedules.
- Complete Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) within 24 hours of receiving stock.
- Assist with cycle counts, stock takes, and stock variance investigations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment in line with 5S and Health & Safety standards.
- Operate forklifts (where licensed) and assist with vehicle loading and unloading activities.
- Capture and process all warehouse transactions accurately within the system.
- Conduct branch, dealer, and supplier collections and deliveries as required.
- Participate in parts standby duties during weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
- Minimum of 5 years’ warehouse experience, preferably within an automotive or parts environment.
- Valid forklift licence (advantageous).
