Warehouse Manager

Responsibilties

• Inventory Control: Track stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, prevent loss/shrinkage, and ensure digital records exactly match physical inventory.
• Logistics & Fulfillment: Coordinate the receipt of inbound deliveries, optimize storage layouts, and ensure outbound shipments are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched on time.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff e.g., forklift operators, packers, and supervisors to maximize productivity and minimize overtime.
• Health & Safety: Enforce strict workplace safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, maintain facility security, and ensure compliance with local labor and environmental laws.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 3 - 5 years experience.
