Key Responsibilities
- Manage all warehouse, receiving and dispatch operations.
- Ensure stock accuracy, inventory control and stock integrity.
- Oversee stock counts, cycle counts and variance investigations.
- Manage order fulfilment, dispatch and delivery performance.
- Supervise goods receiving and GRN processing.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs, productivity and operational performance.
- Maintain warehouse safety, security and housekeeping standards.
- Lead, coach and manage warehouse staff.
- Drive process improvements and ensure SOP compliance.
- Handle customer returns, credits and stock discrepancies.
Key Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
- 3–5 years' warehouse management or supervisory experience.
- Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with Sage 300, Netstock and CRM systems.
- Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in electrical or industrial environments advantageous.
