A company is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claims, process job cards, maintain warranty records, and support workshop operations within a dealership environment. The role requires strong administrative skills and the ability to liaise effectively with internal departments and head office. Requirements:
  • Matric or higher qualification
  • 2–3 years’ warranty administration experience in a passenger or commercial vehicle dealership
  • Experience processing warranty claims and costing job cards
  • Strong administrative and reporting skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Valid Code 8 driver’s licence
