Wellness Manager

Wellness Manager | Eastern Cape | Luxury 5-Star Safari Lodge We're looking for an experienced Wellness Manager to lead the spa and wellness operations across a collection of luxury lodges in the Eastern Cape. Salary R27,500 (negotiable) 21 days on / 7 days off roster Requirements: -Diploma/Degree in Spa, Wellness or Hospitality Management -Minimum 3 years' management experience in a luxury 4- or 5-star spa/wellness environment -Strong leadership, financial, sales and guest relations skills -Experience managing budgets, training, inventory and wellness POS systems Responsibilities: -Lead wellness operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences -Manage budgets, stock control and operational performance -Develop innovative wellness offerings -Coach; mentor and develop the wellness team -Work closely with Sales, Marketing and lodge departments to drive revenue and service excellence If you have a passion for luxury hospitality, wellness, and creating unforgettable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
