Good exposure and confidence in promoting & serving signature SA wines, Artisan Coffee Production, alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages. Excellent CULINARY knowledge and all-round understanding of advanced food preparation methods and terms, ingredients & plating components. Highly Presentable candidate with strong personality, confidence and commanding presence. Highly computer literate with knowledge of Point of Sale Systems, Beverage Controls and Costings
