What You Will Do
- Drive Growth: Actively source, vet, and qualify new business leads, cold call, and onboard new corporate clients.
- Solution Selling: Conduct client presentations and match business needs to the core ICT roadmap (Connectivity, Cloud Communications, Cloud Services, and Security).
- Account Farming: Manage and maintain an existing customer base, ensuring high retention, contract renewals, and maximizing up-sell opportunities.
- Target Achievement: Consistently reach and exceed monthly sales targets to unlock your monthly commission structure.
- Sales Admin: Process accurate new business service orders, handle customer agreements, and manage weekly internal pipeline reporting.
Minimum requirements:
- Education: Matric / Grade 12 (A relevant tertiary degree or diploma is advantageous).
- Experience: Proven track record of corporate B2B sales success in both new business acquisition (hunting) and account retention (farming).
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience selling ICT, Telecoms, Cloud, or Connectivity solutions is highly beneficial.
- Mobility: Valid South African Driver’s License and own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable).
- Tech Literacy: Highly confident in MS Office, with specific proficiency in Excel.
- Attributes: Tenacious, exceptional negotiation and corporate presentation skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a target-driven environment.
