Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the company’s overall financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Prepare financial statements, invoices, and reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely processing of payments and collections.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Support external and internal audits.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
