HENAN FILLING STATION — JOB VACANCIES (MULTIPLE POSITIONS) 📊
Duty Stations: Lusaka and Ndola, Zambia | Position: Accountant (1 Vacancy)
Henan Filling Station invites applications from suitably qualified, motivated, honest, and hardworking professionals to fill the position of Accountant (1 Vacancy).
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate, certified or verified.
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, ZICA Licentiate / CA Zambia, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
- Paid-up member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).
- Valid National Registration Card (NRC).
- No criminal record.
- Prior accounting experience in retail, petroleum, or trading business is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP) and advanced MS Excel.
Position-Specific Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Relevant accounting qualifications and in-depth knowledge of maintaining financial records and ledger accounts.
- Prepare daily sales reconciliations, bank deposits, and cash flow reports across filling station operations.
- Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and supplier invoices for fuel and lubricants.
- Manage payroll, statutory remittances (ZRA, NAPSA, NHIMA), and tax compliance.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations, inventory audits, and financial reporting.
