Fuel Attendant – 5 Positions

Job Summary

The Fuel Attendant will be responsible for the safe and accurate dispensing of fuel to company vehicles and equipment while maintaining proper fuel records and a clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense fuel accurately and safely to vehicles and equipment.
• Record fuel issued, vehicle details, quantities, and mileage where required.
• Monitor fuel levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and order around the fuel station.
• Follow fuel-handling, fire-safety, and environmental procedures.
• Inspect fuel dispensing equipment and report faults.
• Assist with daily fuel reconciliation and stock checks.
• Provide professional service to drivers and other authorized users.

Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a fuel attendant is an advantage.
• Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
• Honest, alert, safety-conscious, and physically fit.
