ADMINISTRATOR
Duties:- General client administration.
- Request ageings from all clients on a monthly basis.
- Prepare the client reports. Â
- Ensure that declarations are completed and submitted timeously to the insurer.
- Attend to client queries timeously.
- Ensure that client invoices are paid by the client timeously. Â
- Prioritise and reprioritise tasks on a continuous basis ensuring that time standards are complied with. Any deviation must be reported to the responsible person timeously.Â
Working hours: - 08.30 â 16.30 but should be flexible to work after hours if need be
Salary is negotiable depending on experience
