Employment Information

We are looking for a experienced Sales Executive. The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling the company's products and services. The role involves conducting client visits, identifying customer requirements, preparing quotations, securing orders, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales and installation process. The incumbent will also be responsible for generating new business opportunities and achieving agreed sales targets.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Minimum 3 years' sales experience
  • Good technical knowledge and aptitude
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct client visits and identify customer requirements.
  • Prepare and submit quotations within required timeframes.
  • Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities.
  • Generate new business and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Promote company products and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Process customer orders accurately and timeously.
  • Provide ongoing customer support and after-sales service.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
  • Ensure professional conduct and compliance with company policies and safety requirements.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Convert at least 50% of sales opportunities into confirmed orders.
  • Generate and follow up on new business leads.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reporting.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards and company procedures.
