A startup maid agency is looking for an experienced Agency Operations Assistant to supervise and manage domestic workers. This is a supervisory role, not a maid position. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience supervising maids, cleaners or hotel housekeeping teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage domestic workers.
Requirements
- Motswana, aged 28 to 45, residing in Gaborone.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Supervisor, Matron or Team Leader in a cleaning company, hotel housekeeping department or maid agency.
- Existing contacts of maids available to start work at short notice.
- Basic knowledge of labour law, HR practices and staff discipline.
- Strict, honest, respectful and firm, with a supportive, motherly approach to supervision.
- Fluent in Setswana and English.
- Proficient in WhatsApp Business.
- Valid Omang, police clearance and two traceable references.
