Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications/Experience:

Relevant IT / Business / Engineering degree.

Cloud fundamentals (AWS Cloud Practitioner).

Agile certifications (advantage, not mandatory):

Scrum Product Owner,

Scrum Master,

Project / Leadership certifications (advantage).

 

Essential Skills Requirements:

Owns business prioritisation.

Runs business stream governance.

Shapes AI demand (not passively receiving it).

Represents value, outcomes, and trade-offs.

Connects business reality to platform execution.

 

Advantageous Skills Requirements:

Stakeholder management & expectation setting.

Primary interface between:

Product / Business stakeholders.

Platform tech leads.

Proactively surface:

Priority conflicts.

Delivery trade-offs.

Funding or scope risks.

Demand shaping (not just demand intake).

Push back on low-value or unclear demands.

Sequence initiatives for maximum business impact.

Actively kill or park initiatives that do not move KPIs.

AI-Native enablement (strategic).

Translate AI strategy into concrete business epics.

Ensure reuse over bespoke solutions.

Support positioning with real business narratives.
