Audit Manager – Assurance Division

We have an amazing opportunity for an Audit Manager at a small-to-medium sized audit and accounting practice based in Benoni, Johannesburg

 The main purpose of this role is:

-        Manage a portfolio of audit and assurance clients from planning to completion using IFRS for SMEs.

-        Supervise, mentor, and review the work of audit staff and SAICA trainees.

-        Maintain strong client relationships and ensure compliance with ISA and the Companies Act.

We require a candidate with:

·        Completed SAICA articles (compulsory); CA(SA) preferred.

·        2+ years’ experience as an Audit Supervisor or Manager within an SMP environment.

·        Strong knowledge of IFRS for SMEs, ISA, Income Tax Act, and Companies Act.

·        Proficient in CaseWare Working Papers and Caseware Cloud.
