Duties
- Managing service bookings and scheduling workshop appointments.
- Opening and processing job cards accurately and efficiently.
- Welcoming customers and handling all service-related enquiries professionally.
- Liaising between customers, service advisors, and workshop technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
- Updating customers on vehicle repair progress and completion timelines.
- Processing invoices, warranty claims, and service documentation.
- Maintaining accurate records using the Evolve CRM system.
- Supporting workshop administration and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handling telephonic and email communication in a professional manner.
- Assisting with service sales opportunities where appropriate.
Requirements: - Previous experience in a workshop service reception or automotive front desk role.
- Strong administrative and customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of Evolve CRM system or similar (essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with job cards and invoicing.
- Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused approach.
- Valid drivers license
