About Falane Solutions Limited:
Falane Solutions Limited is recruiting on behalf of its client, who is looking for an experienced Baker capable of working with a wood-fired oven to make bread and Manakish.
Overall Responsibility:
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking various types of bread and Manakish using a wood-fired oven while maintaining proper dough preparation, proofing, baking temperatures and hygiene standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven hands-on experience baking with a traditional wood-fired oven.
- Demonstrated ability to make various types of bread and authentic Manakish.
- Sound knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, kneading, proofing, and managing wood-fired oven baking temperatures.
- Reliable, hygienic, punctual, and able to work early mornings and weekends.
