Key Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative support to the Validtrade team.
Assist customers with queries, pricing, order updates, and delivery follow-ups.
Process orders, quotations, invoicing, and related documentation accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer, supplier, product, and stock records.
Support the sales team with reports, customer communication, and administrative documentation.
Ensure proper filing, record management, and compliance with company procedures and standards.
Prepare weekly and monthly administrative and operational reports.
Support general office administration and assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
