Process Controller

Description of key performance areas:
Maximise efficiency of Production operations:

Monitoring and control of reaction process, especially exotherm acrylic reactions/ styrenation reactions.
Monitoring and control of utility systems for safe operations and optimal energy use.
Ensures compliance to Standard Operating Procedures and compliance and completion of batch sheets.
Ensures any product non-conformity is reported, immediately and assists in the root cause analysis.
Conducts proper shift handovers at each shift change.
Ensure completion of all BPR’s

 
Environmental Health and Safety:

Ensure compliance with all OHS regulations.
Working knowledge of process safety management.
Implements and maintains LSS and 5s principles.
Manage and minimise waste levels. Ensure segregation of waste. Ensure effluent generation minimised and minimal contamination with solvent.
